Booked oven and extractor clean 4 weeks in advance. They didn’t show up so I called them. They were good enough to come after the job they were on but didn’t do a good job. This was an end of tenancy and they only cleaned my oven but charged me 60 for cleaning both oven and extractor. Website shows single oven 45 and extractor 10! When my landlord phoned them to query they’d only been instructed to clean the oven. Wouldn’t recommend.
