I first spotted an Audi A7 on auto trader down at Simpsons in Whitney, I contacted the dealership and James was extremely helpful, we spoke on the phone and text even after hours and he even chased up the finance company off his own back too, to help the process along!!! The car itself the pictures (although stunning) didn’t do the car justice is was even better in real life. On handover again James went out of his way to come in on and off shift to fill in the paperwork and see me off happy in my new motor. Everything was so smooth and brilliant, car prepared to a high standard I couldn’t be happier Thanks James you deserve more than 5 google stars

James and team were remarkably helpful with the recent servicing of our three year old Mercedes. They communicated some minor required works along with a costing, to which we gave the go ahead. The works were undertaken same day and the car also thoroughly cleaned inside and out which we were not expecting. We recommend James Burton and Simpsons Subaru Oxfordshire wholeheartedly.

I bought a BMW 1 series during the national lockdown. James helped me to complete finance applications and paperwork from home so the collection was very quick and easy. We talked about the vehicle and my part ex over the phone and through email. James was always very quick to respond to any queries I had.
