I'm so HAPPY! I had my new Jim Dandy Gretch's action lowered today. The jobs was perfectly executed for my personal needs. Amazing knowledge for the Americana set up I was after. Top quality service!! I recommend this place for all your guitar needs. 5 star all the way..

They were really helpful and friendly! Let me have a try on different guitars, let me plug them in and play around with them on an amp, and he gave me a deal on the guitar I eventually chose. Really pleased with my purchase!

Brilliant friendly service. I bought a new Fender Strat about 4 months ago on-line (big mistake) that was buzzing and really quite unplayable. I took it into WM Guitars and they set it up beautifully. It's like a different instrument. I highly recommend the service. Oh and if you are buying a new guitar, buy one from them where you can sit in the shop and try it out rather than buying on-line where you don't know what you're going to get.

Helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of instruments, from Ukuleles through guitars and even the unusual M4. Great service, and they don't just sell you an instrument, they want to ensurat you are getting the best out of your purchase, asking you to come back after a couple of months to make sure everything is OK. Some work (like having strap buttons fitted to a Ukulele) carried out while you wait (presumably if not too busy). Really great shop.

These guys rock! It's worth a visit just to experience this tiny quirky shop; rammed with guitars to such critical mass they are even mosaiced to the ceiling. Couple this with the brook running underneath the glass flooring and you have a unique, if not disorienting experience. Walter, Mark and Ryan are a class act. Highly knowledgeable and deeply passionate. They have set up most of my guitars and clearly put as much care into my knockabout Epiphone SG as they did my cherished Gibson SG. The true test for me when I meet a guitar luthier is to request a comprehensive set up on my left handed Deering banjo. Suffice to say it came back mint. Their set ups are second to none. Also worth mentioning that on at least two occasions Walter has given me various options and tried to dissuade me from the more expensive choice out of customer empathy. I chose the expensive option both times... As long as this business is running it will be my first choice for anything instrument related. 5 Stars.
