Disgrace of a business. Not only are they not letting people cancel their membership in such a hard time, they are also threatening multi people with legal action. How hard is it to have good customer service and give your members a break in hard times...they would probably return once things have settled down. A bit of empathy costs nothing. This says a lot about the company. Pure greed and no customer retention. Myself and many others will not be returning to any of these clubs.

Lovely club but crazy membership prices. Cheapest and most basic peak membership is 110 and a 12 month contract. Next one up is 125 pm. Compare this to 64 at the similar and nearby Nuffield gym...

Great gym, lovely facilities, nice staff. My only issue is I was sat in the restaurant after a gym session at 7.15pm doing work on my laptop. At 7.45pm I went to the counter to order food from their menu and was told the kitchen was closed at 7.30pm due to lack of custom, usually open longer than this. Nobody announced the kitchen was closing which left me in a pickle forcing me to leave the restaurant and cease work ALOT earlier than I'd of liked to grab food elsewhere.

Only been swimming here a few times as a family. Spacious changing area. Nice coffee. Pool area and showers etc clean.
