Excellent service from start to finish! The initial consultation was very useful and Abbie was so knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and I absolutely loved the end result. Would 100% recommend, especially for blonde hair colouring and balayage!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Just visited this salon with my partner this was her experience... Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at Hair Lab Woking leaving me with damaged hair and having to go to another salon to fix it. I had an appointment for Balayage on the 28th May and went in a few days earlier for a consultation. I was surprised to be confronted with at least 3 forms that I had to sign. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and she wrote something down on the form and asked me to sign. She didn’t once look at or touch my hair. I checked that my stylist was experienced and told yes. On the day of the appointment the stylist was friendly but when I showed her the picture of what I wanted again she brought the colour book and asked me to point to what colour I wanted. I was surprised as I’ve never had to do that before - I just asked her to give me what is in the picture. The balayage was so thick and she left the bleach on for so long that it dried to a crisp damaging my hair. At no point did she check it. The first colour came out fluorescent orange which she called “copper”. I asked her to do another toner and she again came back with the book. By this point I had been in there for 3 hrs with no water (they had run out of cups??!) After 4:30 hrs I left with bright red hair and not really knowing what to do. I called them first thing the next morning and was told to email them pictures and the manager would get back to me. I never heard back and had to go back to work so put a brown packet dye over the top. I called multiple times during the week and was repeatedly told the owner would call me back. I never heard from him. I managed to get an appointment with a senior stylist a week later and was told there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t issue a refund. Not once have I heard from the manager or owner - shocking service and terrible business management

I have been here 12th April, a lovely lady at reception said to me only "consultant" was avaible to cut my hair in 45 minutes, I accepted the price for the service was 50 with consultant but the first time only 25. It's not the money the problem, the consultant was a lady very rude, without greet me, she cut my hair seems annoyed to cut my hair, everytime I asked her what do you think? She said to me "I don't know" how do you want? " for 50 in everyway I paied 25 I am waiting a professional person not rude first of all but she is able to give you some advice, I had the same Behaviour of a person work in a fast food with a very lack of relation with customer unable to give an advice, this is not service to pay 50! She refused to cut a few hair in my ears, I bought a wax (16) overall 4q to receive the treatment from a person rude She could tell me I don't like get cut hair of foreign people and I'd choose another hairdresser. For me the price doesn't meet the peofessionality, I left 5 tip and she was annoyed seemed she made me a favour I left 25 16 5 42, in everyway if you wanted I will not come anymore I have succed congratulation!

I went into the salon today to ask to book an appointment, I had a visable lanyard with medically exempt on it. The lady told me it was salon policy to wear a mask and would not book an apointment for me, I had told her why I was unable to wear one. It's not that I choose to not wear a mask, I have a disability and this is discrimination against people with disabilities. I was left feeling embarrassed because it was done infront of a salon full of people and has added to my anxiety. Highly unprofessional and would advise others to avoid if they suffer from anxiety or also have a disability.

Had my hair cut by Kara at the weekend - the service was super friendly and I felt like I was in safe hands! It’s not often I leave a salon feeling like I’ve actually had the cut I wanted, but Kara listened to my thoughts and when I said I wanted to keep as much of the length as possible she did exactly that. Super happy with my cut and will definitely be back!

I had my hair cut at HairLab and was blown away! I have naturally curly hair and no hairdresser has ever been able to cut it right. The stylist listened to everything I wanted and took their time with every layer. And then instead of blow-drying it out straight like most hairdressers do they gave me the option and dried it into its natural curls. Its now got a gorgeous shape to it and i can fully embrace my natural hair. This is now my regular hairdresser 1000000% recommend any of the stylists, all fabulous!
