I go there regularly because it is amazing! Went to see Rock of Ages one time. Today as I post this, I came out of watching the Sound of Music which was superb!!! The stage is a great size and the sound quality was very good. The seats are comfortable have enough leg room for reasonably tall people (5'8") which was great but it was a bit tight with not much arm room if that is important to you. You can see the pit and all of the stage even in the upper tier and they provide binoculars which cost 1 which are great. They have an amazing range of snacks and drinks but no decaf tea so bring teabags if that is important. But get an ice cream - I can't recommend them enough. Most of the acting companies that put on the shows have amazing singing voices and are well casted, the harmonies were great and lighting is of suitable quality. I hope this helped .

Great venue for shows but be warned it is sooooo expensive for drinks so do as I do and make it the pub first several near by which are only a few mins walk away
War horse was a fantastic production. A must see for all ages. More bar staff required as long ques and wait times. Staff were polite. Easy to get to with parking on site and other amenities available within the mall.
A great theatre. Loved performing there.
Staff are friendly, the theatre is very clean, the theatre is spacious and well ventilated and you get lots of leg room regardless of where you are seated. All seats are slightly tiered as well to ensure you get a good view. A very modern establishment that is amazing to bring the magic of theatre alive. I have seen many shows here now and it is one of my favourite theatres due to the things I've listed. Highly recommended.
Modern theatre accessible both from the car park (Blue Zone is nearest) and also from Mercia Walk. Large lobby with spectacular spiral staircase.
Great couple of shows in the last few weeks. Chairs are a little warm out in the upper balcony but the view was good from the front row. Sounds were very enjoyable. Long wait to use the toilet. Had a good evening thanks
The staff are top notch, very welcoming and approachable. Beautiful venue. Came here to watch Susan Boyle and everything went perfectly. Would revisit in a second
