A building survey raised a potential subsidence issue in a property we were buying, which created a significant amount of stress for us. MAPL went out of their way to provide quick (and reassuring) advice; an engineer visit was scheduled for a week later, and the report was delivered to us a week after that. Andrew, my allocated Engineer, was on site the next working day, very professional, personable and he carefully observed all C-19 safety guidance.
