4 stars for a very warm welcome from staff - particularly as it was very early in the morning on a Saturday. Large room plenty of space for my course. Although I had my own equipment, screen and projector are available at the venue. Impressive building. My only gripe was it was a long way up and around extensive corridors to get the room. Having said that I was given all the help I needed with my equipment. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided and heating adjusted at my request.
