I am shocked at the bad reviews I have seen ,smart has been amazing ,if you want to have support to tackle any addiction they have the tools to help . If your not ready to give up maybe the service isn't for you ,my key worker has been awesome ,supportive ,the group sessions they offer are so helpful and because of all there help I have achieved long abstinence and I am still attended my groups ,if you want to give up these guys really can help you to make that possible ,they aren't given enough credit for all the hard work they do ,Thankyou smart !!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I went and was very sceptical about what to expect. I found that once I was comfortable with what to expect (which was explained every step of the way by the staff there) I started seeing changes. I personally found the groups really helped me and speaking to people in the same boat was eye opening. They supported me, my family and encouraged me with moving forward in my recovery. Thank you!!

Very disappointed with this team. The process to get help is lengthy not supportive and unwilling to listen to concerns. I understand how difficult it is to get the right support and to engage addicts but insisting they attend support groups where it becomes too easy to get more drugs easily even when informed what's going on still making you attend and the addict so concerned he has given up. The other teams were much better. There are other people who are disappointed where else and other alternatives are there for someone to turn to. Too many staff leaving how can you build trust in your counsellor impossible situation feeling let down

Extremely disappointed with the team and their support. It's very hard to make the initial effort, and to not have the support that is required makes it even more difficult to make the important changes in life. Would not recommend!

This service is not even worth 1 star, what a joke these people are, I bet their not even qualified to help, rude, I was made to feel like a second class citizen, after I built up so much courage, what a disappoint.
