COVID 19 compliance was exceptional. The staff were very compliant. Instructions were clear. At no time did I feel compromised. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had a dreadful experience today when the dentist terminated my appointment after about one minute because I was very nervous. I have seen him several times before and he has never been this intolerant before, although always a bit. The practice manager spoke to me and my husband about it but was unsympathetic and not really interested in what were saying, just wanted to get us out as soon as possible. She said I could not see a different dentist but should wait until December when he will have retired and so I can then see his replacement.

The rudest receptionist I've ever talked to. Needed my tooth filling done as an emergency, as mine came out, gave them a call, the lady on the phone said that as I haven't been making any check ups with them for the last 3 years (I was managing to do that back in my country when on holiday, so didn't think I needed one when I was back in the country) I can't have that done at their clinic anymore as I CAN'T JUST CALL THEM WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR ME. is it not what the clinics are about???? you make an appointment when you are ill and the rest of the time you live happily???
