Absolutely brilliant! It's the best salon in Wokingham (and I've honestly tried all the others). Clean, welcoming, professional and friendly. I recently had the best hair cut I have EVER had in my 49 years on the planet! Absolutely love it here. Thank you, Zappas - keep up the spectacular work.

I had a lovely young stylist create a curly bob. Georgia skillfully cut the layers. Gave me a lovely scalp massage too. Highly recommend. I was also able to purchase some products with 50 percent off which was a lovely bonus.
I went to Zappas for a new style and colour. I have been looking for a hairdresser where I can go back to. I have found the hairdresser. Georgia was professional and managed my expectations. I had asked for a different short style and pink hair. I was blown away with the results. Chelsey had cut my hair and Georgia did the colour. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my hair. The overall feel of the Salon is welcoming!
Worst haircut of my life and paid an exorbitant price because apparently it was their best/senior stylist. I'd never cried after a haircut but I did after this one, it was so bad. I lost my long beautiful hair to a really funny short hair look that was nowhere close to what I wanted. The stylist had no idea what she was doing, even though I'd shown her several photos of myself sporting the hairstyle, before we started. It'll take me years to get my length back and I had to pay again to get it fixed at another place. Suffice to say I'll never visit them again.
I had my hair cut and toned by Georgia yesterday and I honestly cannot sing her praises enough. Being quite an anxious individual who is considered high risk due to covid I was nervous about getting my hair done. However the whole experience was perfect. The salon was super clean and felt safe from the moment I stepped in. Georgia did an amazing job with my hair, she helped me talk through exactly what I wanted and got it perfect! We’ve got a plan going forward with my hair which i’m super excited about. Georgia made me feel so confident the whole way through and has given me back some self confidence I had definitely lost. Sorry Georgia you’re stuck with me now, will not be going to a different hairdresser again!
