Expensive, they continue to rip you off even though you spend with them. I can go elsewhere and get treated better without being fleeced. For instance a boiler they are selling to non trade account holders is 700, however if you’re a trade account, the price is still 700 with no discount. The final straw was when they tried to charge me 11 for a part 2 valve arm.
