Service i received from APTec Solutions was second to none on my Mac Pro which was giving me issues and shutting down randomly. They offer a free diagnosis service where by i dropped the machine off and the following day i collected it. Unfortunately on this occasion the fault could not be diagnosed but the service was exceptional.
Bought a refurbished iPhone through this company on eBay, happy with the dispatch time and service that way etc, however the screen was faulty (the colours were dull and just wasn’t right at all). I got this checked locally to confirm the screen fault , did contact them to let them know about this issue but was met with rudeness really. I wanted to get this sorted so paid for it to be fixed locally and asked for a partial refund for the cost of the screen but they were having none of it. The contactless payment features on the phone don’t work either. Just a bit annoyed by the whole fiasco. Wanted to buy refurbished but ended up having to pay more to get their issues fixed. They stopped replying to my ebay messages.
Broke my laptop screen. They managed to fix it the exact same day within 10-15 minutes. Great service!
Paul was SO helpful with my fixing my phone. I had dropped it and the screen was completely black not responding to anything. I was worried I was going to lose my photos/videos etc. He reassured me throughout the whole time he had it. 100% recommend. Thank you.
After I had made an enquiry through the website, Paul answered within 2 hours. As this was during the pandemic he talked me through the information he needed to try and fix my laptop. The communication was great before during and after my repair. He ordered the part necessary and had it delivered the next working day for me. Paul ensured that he was safe and careful when I had to deliver the laptop and fixed it within 20 minutes on a Saturday! Paul reassured me that if there were any further problems he would fix it ASAP. He was honest with me and provided extremely good value for his quick and professional service. I can't fault the repair, the laptop was returned in excellent condition and Paul had kindly checked for any other mechanical errors as well. 5 star service speedy and reliable I definitely recommend Paul for any of your technical needs!
