Like to start off with, Tom Kitchens and Jack were absolutely GREAT to deal with. I'll keep it brief and highlight the main points. -The car was driven to me from Wolves to Brum, so I can check it out. -Whilst going for a test drive I took the car to my local garage to give the car quick look over. Tom was completely transparent on all the minor issues which he had fixed, before delivering the car within a week. -Jack was also very helpful and assured me he was one call or text away if there was any issues with the car. And as it was your first sale just like to say you did a great job mate :) Over all great staff, good communication and cars perfect. If your considering it, stop considering it and call Barlow Motors.

Picked up my used car from here. Got a video tour of the car to make sure it was worth the trip from Jordan then Ian was fantastic from there. The car is still running perfect 2 months on. 10/10.

I have bought a seat ibiza fr from an other dealership in january 2021.i had a lots of issue with it, 3times engine management light came on. Since i owning the car i hasn't drive it more than 2weeks at a time. Original dealership done nothing but fob me off, wasting my time, saying they repaired the car than find out just cleared warning light, and actually Seat Barlow who repaired it last week. Other dealership didnt offer any other car to drive for the time being, i lost 2days of work. I send my appreciation to Seat Barlow, as these guys came to my rescue and get the car in asap, and fixed it again. They are really professionals, costumer service and passion for they costumers is they main priority. I regret i didn't bought my car from them. But in the future there is no way i would go anywhere else. Thank you guys. If i could give more stars i would.

Had a number of issues at this SEAT I would definitely recommend not using them, simply go to another SEAT, I can't explain the amount of issues I have had it's just easier to go to another SEAT all together avoid like the plague! I even made a complaint and nothing was done about that as there complaints process are dealt with internal to the branch and you can't escalate the matter because no one really cares. Be wise and go more towards Birmingham I've found them to be alot more helpful. Never got given a log book with the vehicle, couldn't tax my car because I never got given the log book and purchased the car with nail clippings In the side compartments that's summarised, I could go into alot more detail but really don't want to waste my Time, just trying to help others, wouldn't be surprised if this review got removed either...
