Unfortunately, unable to comment on the quality of the skip and collection itself as after our original call to book the skip, we (luckily) phoned to ask whether or not they would accept a mattresses, as we were unable to find this information on the website. We were then informed by a women on the phone that there was no record of us requesting a skip and that we would need to book again. This is on the day after we had already called to book one... if we hadn't asked this, we would have been left stuck as we were moving shortly after. Thankfully, we managed to find another company who were able to organise a skip for us in time.

For a skip company they fail to understand the sizes that skips should be, charged me for a 8 yard skip when it was barely larger than a midi. Then tried to tell me that an 8yrd builders skip should be 5' x 6' won't be using again. Also have random hire periods that change on their whims

Had a skip off this company, the customer service was really good at the start, but when they came to fetch the skip they said we cant take a mattress it will be a extra 30, they never told us what we could and could not place in the skip.
