This company agrees to come for a child's birthday surprise and cancel on the day as then could not be bothered to no longer come . If I had not messaged in the morning to see arrival time I would not have known that they had no intention if coming not alone letting me know . My daughter was devastated AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I have attached your response to me asking what time as you have mentioned you had sent several recommendations having I booked and you agreed so to them say its far is not acceptable

Hired a bouncy castle for my sons birthday. They are so professional and kind. Would highly recommend these to anybody who's looking to hire a bouncy castle for any occasion. Would definitely use theses again. They don't get enough credit to what they deserve. Thank you again for making my son's birthday a bouncy fun one. Have used Bradmore bouncy castles for a few years now having a couple of castles a year.. They are professional and friendly. Always arrived when they said they would. Can't fault their service. Have recommended them to family members who have also used their service. And will recommend to others too.

Booked 2months ahead for mine.. Had to rearrange my daughters first booking due to rain not them, They went out their way to swap it for toddler disco dome but forgot blower did say will bring but wouldn't be worth so did deal on castle over night, I booked in my other daughters 2 weeks after but got message night before saying doughnut wall was damaged but knocked down the price, the dome was broke from last people so they decided to go out their way to try resolve this and managed to get another 1 but speaker was damaged so had to wait 2hours for another one what kept turning off, but in all the delivery men was polite, did their best, and I always had respectful responses back to my messages to try resolve issues! My 2 daughters had enjoyed themselves thanks to your services!
