Long term review...poor quality systems and dreadful support Purchased a full MiGurard system total package was around 300. Generally poor quality cheap import items. Tags stopped working after two years. The outside siren goes yellow after 18months. Purchased a second siren to replace it as it looked so bad which has now gone yellow too. Siren's LED warning lights (probably the main deterrent) are also very very dim even from new. Dreadful customer service

Top company to do business with, highly recommended! Due to a slight technical issue my alarm (Mi-Guard G5), the company refunded me in FULL even though the item was over 6 months past the warranty period of a year. Extremely helpful and cannot fault the after sales customer service. Top notch company and a very, very happy ex-customer. Thank you RESPONSE ELECTRONICS!!!

I simply needed a replacement solar battery for my old(ish) burglar alarm. Customer services were excellent, advised me on type to buy, and it was delivered two days later in the time slot they allocated in my email notification. Now fitted, excellent service, thank you.

tried to return something due to them sending the wrong colour item, was told its fine and they where emailing me the address. Email never showed up no answer from the phone all day very frustrating as ive been wanting to post it all day so i can buy a replacement and continue with my project. please just send the bloody return address!!!
