Initial Experience of J.Davey Guitars. I contacted Jamie about my Epiphone Bass for cosmetic repairs. He answered quickly and arranged a consultation. Visited today, made to feel like this is quality service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Has a solution approach. Fantastic examples of his work. I will review again once the work is done, however, so far, excellent. Important to note that he is very busy indeed. Part Two: Final Experience of J.Davey Guitars. Collected my Bass and took along my children to see the Showroom. J Davey is a great guy, friendly and professional and really knows his stuff. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard. The Bass Guitar looked better than I even expected. The intonation was good. The finish, amazing. My instruments are very special to me, so having them look good and sound perfect is important to me: if I could give 10 stars I would. J Davey has set up guitars for big bands and plays himself. You can trust him to make you the perfect instrument or repair your beloved! Thanks J for everything!
