Bit of a wait as cue was long but flowed well. Unfortunately I had a grand mac and was very disappointed in the appearance and presentation.

Always pretty busy location queues are managed pretty well. Food is often hot. Only downside is if you have to park and wait for items only the waited on order will be hot other items will be warm.
Just ordered my wife and myself a large hot chocolate and never have I ever had such a substandard hot beverage in my life. No taste what so ever and before you say it might have needed stirring/mixing. I already had done that. :(
I usually use this McDonald's( penn Road Wolverhampton )and not have a problem but on this occasion I placed my order via mobile as usually do and asked my daughter to collect as I have done before with no problem but on this occasion (December 27th )the staff refused to serve my daughter until she could provide proof of purchase at this point I was called in the restaurant so I could provide proof which greatly annoyed me as I am awaiting knee surgery . So calling me in caused me a lot of discomfort. So on this occasion the staff only deserve one star.
Great tea and coffee. Staff are friendly. It was very busy. Sadly certain tables were not cleared and cleaned in a timely fashion. I visited again today . Staff are friendly and working hard to keep this tired looking restaurant chugging along. My grandchildren were looking forward to playing on the tablets and then dancing in the designated area. Sadly the tablets are broken or cracked. The dancing area was out of order. This restaurant needs to be maintained as at the moment it is not living up to high standards expected from McDonald's. Very poor.
