Took grandkids aged 6 and 13 both had a lovely time as did I. It's great for all ages. The place itself is clean and picturesque, there a lovely nature reserve opposite. Customer service was great, good choice at the cafe. Highly recommended.

So sad that following a recent visit it's clear that the nursery hasnt been looked after. The fairy walk closed, the planting tunnels overgrown and empty, there are very few animals left (mainly chickens) what a shame! To make it worse the attitude of the manager is appalling. When asked for a few minutes of her time with regards to a sale she hid behind the students, didnt listen to the question asked and after repeating the question answered abruptly and rudely making it clear members of the public are a burden. Very disappointing to see the deterioration of what was once a lovely place to visit.

Was walking nearby and saw this place. There was some chickens and some chipmunks. Cafe was nice.

What a lovley discovery. Out on a bicycle ride and popped in here. Don't expect Costa style slickness, instead you get quirky charm, friendly people and nice surroundings. There's even a curiosity shop and Fairy walk. Plus the loos are a boon to weary travellers.

As a Nursery it isnt very big at all, a few animals etc in pens for children to view , although I cant find many plants to look over, but they could be in the two tunnels at the side, I didn't look as I wasnt there for the plants , It also has a small cafe that is dated back to the war times, very clean , tidy and do fantastic cakes and cream Teas , as picture shows . Shame they arent on trip advisor , it's a little gem of a place for a quiet chat and a cuppa, fair few tables , all clean and well looked after . Great value for money , cafe not open on mondays but open the rest of the week .. Will use again even if it is just for the cake & Tea .. very nice staff also ..
