Shocking service shuts at 4:30 not 5:00 misleading information and poor customer service only person in this place that knows what they are doing is Alex the rest don’t know if they are on there head or backside when all said and done will not be using PC world Wolverhampton again I will take my custom else where.

AVOID PC WORLD FOR ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH Purchased some goods on a Finance Agreement and they then literally called me multiple times A DAY to ask me to bring in documents which they should have kept. So I finally got around to going into the store and gave them the paperwork that they required and I was told that it was all sorted. Since then, I've had a letter via email threatening Legal Action as the credit agreement had failed - I had no idea about this whatsoever. I've spoken to Dixons Legal and settled the amount in full, the guy I spoke to there was really nice, apologetic guy and very understanding. The staff in this store are extremely unhelpful and rude, I stood around for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES waiting for a member of staff to assist me, and that was even asking for some help from 2 members of staff within that time frame, they honestly don't give a damn about the customers. Staff are just standing around, chatting, messing about and not doing a whole lot - You can see the one's that actually work hard because they're always running around like headless chickens. I will NEVER use PC World again.
WOLVERHAMPTON PC WORLD IS A DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY. FULL OF STAFF WHO MAKE IT A BARRIER TO RETURN ITEMS, THE STAFF ARE ARROGANT AND NO WHERE TO BE SEEN WHEN YOU NEED HELP. THEY ARE UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND SIMPLY WALK AROUND THE STORE WITH NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS. QUITE SIMPLY, THEIR ATTITUDE STINKS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, GO TO PC WORLD IN WEDNESBURY- THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WOLVERHAMPTON PC WORLD. AVOID AVOID AVOID. UTTER GARBAGE.
Excellent service yesterday from Stewart. All the staff in here deserve praise for the lovely warm and sincere greeting when you first walk in and then the excellent service , bought lots from here in the last couple of years and it's always been a good experience , it's great that they moved PC world into Currys building , lots to see and lots of choice
Honestly the advice from staff on floor not good walk out not really knowing if bought the right piece of kit- What a waste of time and effort
Place a joke brought tv wanted wall mounted said will be no problem,KNOWHOW team arrived with tv,said cant fit it and left tv with young daughter in middle of floor in living room,I rang direct aerials who came out fitted in less than 1 hour cheaper,the KNOWHOW team obviously dont have KNOWHOW want refund for fitting won't buy a plug off them in future joke,be warned
Says open until 5 but got there at 4.28 to be told it was shut and couldnt come in as they had families to get home to. This was after a week ago a staff member had a go at my 2 1/2 yr old autistic son for crying loudly. If you want even half way decent customer service dont go here
