After having an issue with my Quartz counter top peninsula with mottling and not really getting much response from the kitchen supplier I went direct to Precision Stone. Initially there was a lot of phone calls and emails but I had a call from Darren Haden, one of the Directors and he came out to inspect, saw there was a problem and arranged for it to be replaced which was done last Friday 14th December 2020. There was a problem with all our counter tops on the kitchen but because it was a new kitchen we didn't want the whole lot to be replaced as plastering and electrics would be an issue. Darren Haden was very helpful and a genuinely nice person. The fitters who came were very polite and knew their stuff, they repaired what they could and when they left I was very happy. I only got one of their names it was Matt. Sian Morris the installation Planner was lovely and even sent the same fitters who did the template. I would definitely recommend this company as the after sales are what it should be like. 10 out of 10 from me. I can enjoy my kitchen again. Kim Warren
