John & team removed over 14 metres of very overgrown out of control edge row removed all roots some extremely large Replaced the rotten fencing. Prepared the ground Planted a new tree line Lined the ground with weed protection sheet and finished with 20mm gravel. Always on time, carried out work as discussed, removed all waste and left the driveway spotless. We are delighted with the work . We are also delighted that we made the choice to go with this company. We would highly recommend them.

I found Proseal Property Maintenance very professional they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and at the agreed cost. The were very professional and were happy to discuss options with us for the work we had carried out and also tided away all mess in which they created. We would happily recommend this company to our neighbor's and friends.
John and his team were very professional. They got on with the job and were hardworking. The lads working for him were great. They removed debris, levelled garden, installed a stunning patio, new lawn and shed base which has totally transformed our garden. He also put in a double brick edging rather than a single and replaced our back fence as an extra. He answered any questions we had and tweaked things as we went along. John also offers a 5 year guarantee so if the patio sinks etc. he will come out to fix it. Would highly recommend.
John has done an absolutely amazing job. He has transformed our garden from a waste land that was totally unusable to an amazing modern garden. From start to finish John and his team have been polite and professional. Time-keeping was impeccable in terms of when they said they would arrive and how long the job would take. He guided us through what materials would look best in the garden and what would give us the most out of the space. The garden is absolutely amazing, better than we could have hoped for, the space he has created is just stunning. I would 100% recommend job. The pictures really don't do the work justice.
I needed some patio work doing in my garden, I had a few quotes off people and the money was just out of my price range, not to mention some were completely unprofessional. Then proseal came along and I just couldnt say no! The price was more than reasonable, infact it was a price I couldn't argue with. They fitted me in within a few weeks and finished the work yesterday in time for Christmas. I needed a new gate and fence at the side of my house also which they went above and beyond to do as I had to have the gate made due to the size of it. All round an amazing company and an amazing group of lads. They ensured I was kept up to date from start to finish, talked me through the whole process and ensured I was happy with the end result. Happy doesn't quite cut it as my garden was an abomination for 2 years. I finally have somewhere safe for my dogs to go as well as some where nice to sit in the summer and for my son to play. Thank you again Proseal, you all worked so hard and the end result is more than amazing.
