I purchased a leather sofa from Wolverhampton Branch from a pushy salesman named Atma. I did not want to purchase as I did not the dimensions of my room but he kept on pushing until he got a sale. Trying to make a claim on the aftercare insurance I had was a joke. Was told that I did not have structural damage cover but had accidental cover. The socket what held the leg on sofa had given way and snapped off. So I paid 75 for a technician to come out & fix. On inspection I asked him reason why it had broke he said was due to manufacture fault & the socket had been wrongly attached. I emailed customer services that same day & was told 75 was not refundable. She told me that the technician said it was accidental (my cover included this). I said to her shall i send her the cctv file on what the technician had said verbally. She quoted you can but you not goin to get a refund. EditDelete Share

My parents ordered two sofas back in June where we were told by the staff of the shop floor that it would take 8-10 weeks, only to find out weeks later that it would take 12. Since then the delivery date has changed 3 times! We have been decorating so we had to take up the floor boards and get rid of the old sofas, for the date to be pushed back another week so now we have nothing to sit on and my mother had physical Heath issues where she needs to be able to be seated! If we had been told the truth in the beginning we would never have got sofas from here, but now we know to not go back

I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I have received from SCS not only sales people sarcastic think they're funny when there's messed your order dates up (why u in hurry u catching plane to india!) I explained i have child with special needs and need to.make sure everything goes to plan but obvious these people do not understand ..at start of sale they say carpet within 2 weeks.. lady came to measure advise within 2 weeks ...go into store told different story it will be 3 to 4 and they have no consideration if you have child with special needs and when they say they're trying to get hold of their regional manager the whole of the day they have no response from the regional manager it takes 24-hours for them to escalate it doesn't matter what their customers circumstances are very appalling! My house is up side awaiting for someone to sort out and put my child in a stressful situation as things r not where they should .... costomer services complaints did not get back to me at all first time they changed my dates they offered my 50 back after i had carpet fitted but its not about money its about keeping my house safe for my autisic child !

With covid restrictions happening in store, we still felt the experience and sales staff were excellent. They directed us on where to go and followed arrows. The salesman who sold us our furniture was outstanding. Because our furniture was only online he showed us what the material would be like with other pierces of furniture and was very accomadating. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Was looked after by Anita at Wolverhampton store. She allowed me to browse on my own then joined me keeping safe distance. All questions and information were answered and given. Placed my order and everything was fully explained to me. Fingers crossed that delivery is as smooth as placing my order was.
