Great service received by your colleague Danny at the wolves branch. As it was lockdown I was unable to view or test drive any vehicles, after giving Danny a brief of what I was looking for he quickly got this sorted and found the perfect car. As I wasn't able to test drive he sent me pictures which was great! And emailed all the relevant info I needed to be able to agree a purchase. The click and collect was great with no issues. Any issues I did have were corrected quickly and efficiently. I'd just like to say a personal thank you for the great customer service I received during the purchase and that Danny is an asset to your team.

Excellent service from start to finish. As it was lockdown, I couldn’t test drive the car I bought, but I was sent a video showing me the car, and was given detailed info to help me make my choice. I was contacted by phone regularly as my purchase was sorted. The pick-up was quick and easy, and I’ve been really pleased with my new car.
I Pay for anual service and mot staff pleasant. They call to remind you constant email update and phone calls. Good communication before during and after jobs compleated. Part of service: They clean the out side of car on pick up but not inside. This may be due to covid, they never stated although part of my annual payment. I Collected curtecy car great model 2020 plate stylish and sporty. Negative: hardly any petrol in it dry as a bone on red Negative: You have to now pay for car insurance even if you have your own. They made changes 9.99 charge not fair guys drop this charge needs to be reviewed by management. On a possative note covid safety maintained from dropping off to collection well done team
Took my new car (16 plate quashqai) from a third party due to a vehicle recall (child lock) and didn't have the best experience. I made a complaint and the service manager was quickly in contact with me and has gone above and beyond what I expected. Just wanted to say thanks :)
