By far the most friendly and client focused customer service in comparison to the other local dealerships. Never owned an audi before and this would have been the case had it not been for the great staff. The car recommendation was brilliant and I can not see myself driving any other vehicle. They did not try to overall unnecessary products or insurance deals. They made recommendations based on the use of the vehicle and correctly advised what options would be in my best interest. The hospitality is great. It would have been granted 5 stars but two flaws. Needs better customer parking and the body care protection was clearly rushed. There was dried liquid marks all over the interior upon collection. Nothing a deep clean didn't solve but abit more attention to detail would have been favourable.
Great service usually use halesowen audi same dealership but with covid more convenient not disappointed and car was washed and vacuumed which is a normal but at the moment didn't expect so happy days
I initially viewed my S4 on the Audi Approved Used Car website. Upon initial inquiry to Wolverhampton Audi I was immediately contacted by David Sermon who promptly provided me with a personal video of the car. As I was over 400 miles away all my questions were answered by way of email and telephone promptly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble for David, a very pleasant chap to deal with. A deposit was paid and a collection day was mutually arranged. I was collected from the train station where a painless handover transaction was quickly processed. The car itself was presented beautifully. My ideal spec and colour. Once home I did notice a couple of very minor problems that have been agreed by the branch manager to have rectified. So no problem and a pleasure to deal with in this respect. Am I happy with my vehicle and the service from Wolverhampton Audi. Most certainly, and I can’t rate the experience highly enough. Well worth the distance travelled for the right car and service. Many thanks for the experience. Paul
