There was a slight smell of sick when we got in, but the staff were really friendly and helpful
Paid for a death certificate 8 days still not received paid 17.00 to be sent first class they told me to wait 10 days before calling them again things like this should be tracked or signed for absolute joke with such personal things need to get there policy sorted
