AMAZING customer service and a well-priced cafe

We visited here for the first time today. We were booked in for the Santa’s Grotto. Given what is going on with COVID at the moment, they have done a fantastic job! The Santa was incredible with our two year old (not always the easiest to work with). We knew that they were under a little pressure to keep Santa on schedule and they managed to...whilst still making us feel like we were the only visitors. We will definitely be visiting again next year! As for the garden centre, it’s an absolute gem. We will ensure that we visit here in the new year. Fantastic assortment of items for sale, reasonable prices and the staff all round were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thankfully this gem isn’t too far away from us!

Love popping to Dobbies, have a membership card so 2 free coffees a month. Great selections available, staff pretty good too!! Always go to the pet section, recently bought 2 dog coats really good quality a good choice plus a massive selection on food & treats. Always happy to shop here.

The garden centre itself was good and staff were helpful. However we had lunch in the restaurant and the service was very shabby. The staff behind the counter were two youngish quite abrupt and surly young ladies. They did not give a favourable impression at all. We have visited numerous times in the past and the service has always been excellent. The food was adequate and well cooked and presented, but very pricey for what it was.

Ordered a set of garden furniture costing 399 and was told it would come in 7 days but after 12 days I went in to chase it up and was told I needed to phone and I was then given the wrong number. Furniture arrived 2 days later but with a mark on one of the cushions. Went into Woodbridge again staff shrugged that they gave wrong number and would not exchange for display cushion and effectively called us a liar when we said there was no return lable in the package. Tried to complain to head office in Scotland but their call centre is swamped so gave up. Will not go to Dobbies again.
