So Impressed with the service of GAH from the booking of repairs to the standard of service from the Engineers

Had a fridge repair just after xmas The service I got from GAH was excellent, From the first phone call to headquarters & dealing with head engineer call Jeremy (worth asking for) He was brilliant! Five weeks later fridge on van started not dropping down temperature quickly enough then cutting out like last time, Called hq Tuesday booked in the following day 1pm again same guy Jeremy (asked for him) different problem a relay on unit had failed. I got only charged half an hour, NO CALL OUT CHARGE as GAH see me five weeks earlier. To sum it all up, Great company to deal with, Highly recommended. Buissness owner Adrian Legood Fish box foods.

NO STARS. Do NOT use this company, they are a complete farce. I moved into a property 6 months ago that has had non-stop problems with the boiler. If you are moving into a property with one of their boilers without a water softener fitted then you will have problem after problem as the elements rust over. Don't expect GAH to take any responsibility for not insisting their products be fitted with a softener, they will blame someone else and charge you, even if you are under warranty. Our boiler is a few months old. The technicians don't seem to know anything about their products. Our control box goes on and off at in line with our electricity tariff, however no one at the company can tell me when it should or should not be on. When it's off you cannot change any settings or check anything is there is a problem. I have taken a morning off work to let one in only to be told he doesn't deal with that part of the product and that I, not they, will have to contact another one of their technicians. Completely unacceptable, shockingly poor customer service.
Been using GAH refrigeration to service our vehicles for 2years and always paid the invoice the minute we received it, We had a brake down over christmas rang GAH out of hours number coudlnt get no answer rang them on the 2nd Jan when the engineer arrived GAH wanted us to agree payment without seeing a invoice rang them to explain we have always paid straight away when we have received a invoice they wouldnt carry out the work without signing a agreement very dissapointed with there attitude some of there management need to go away and give there heads a wobble this review is from Dave Hickey Express refrigeration Transport
Had an incident with one of the drivers. Pulled out in front of me at a roundabout, to my left. Causing me to slam on the brakes. I looked at him in amazement and he gave me some rude gestures and stuck his tongue out. Spoke to the manager who just said there was no proof on the tracker he drove badly. There wouldn't be as he just didn't stop. What a shoddy unprofessional company.
Engineer turn up on time. Was very good he found the fault very quick. Fitted new part and was done in an hour. My problem is the pricing from GAH. They charged over 200 for a stock PSU where you can buy from Maplins or similar shops. Absolute disgrace. The engineer while working on my van even made the comment that the PSU is very cheap to replace. Won't be using them in a hurry.
In all my years of Plumbing and Heating work I have never ever had to deal with a more stupid bunch of people. Honestly its insulting what they were saying, they didnt send out the cylinder that we had asked for at all in the first place, then have the cheek to ask for a 20% restocking fee !!!! Which normally I'd happilly pay but its not my fault that they sent the wrong item !!! The head of sales or whatever he labelled himself kept giving himself different job roles to avoid any resolution being met, he was telling me that for a broken part i would need to buy a whole new system at 2400 pounds!!! The attitude is just wrong and reading from other reviews on this page I can safely say that they are a horrible company to work with. Oh and the cylinder they sold me was 1070 pound, that cylinder was a bog standard unvented cylinder which the same thing is sold for 470 at every other retailer !!!!! Horrible horrible horrible rip of merchants honestly the rudest most arrogant bunch of people ive ever met in my life have no clue about the job or what their talking about !
