Nice friendly welcome when arrived. Lovely walk around museum and seen horses. Worth getting annual pass and looking forward to go back soon.

Excellent organisation to keep us all feeling safe in these times, lovely staff, nice food and very reasonable prices. Gift shop has good variety of bits and pieces and also very reasonably priced compared to other similar places. Beautiful horses, clearly loved and looked after, don't know how the staff manage it! Just a shame that we're restricted from fussing horses, but probably safest for all (or I'd really want one) great place, be prepared to walk on the tour, comfy shoes a must! Some rest places though and if you get stuck staff will provide a buggy to ride on which they kindly did today. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Wish them all the best in getting through these times and getting back to 'normal' with the work and horses.

A wonderfully educational place to visit and get insight into the history of these glorious British working horses. A tranquil environment to visit which is dog and child friendly. They also provide displays of how they train the horses to work, and update you on their progress of breeding to increase the numbers of the breed. A lovely cafe with gluten free options and more. Caters for disabled mobility needs to help get you around the facility. Worth every penny of the 9 entrance donation for adults. Dogs are free. Lots of free parking. Clean toilet facilities and a shop to buy lots of great gifts. Definitely worth a visit.

Marvellous day. Very good social distancing precautions in place. Full guided tour by a wonderfully knowledgeable Groom. Food at the cafe was also excellent. Book your slot in advance!
