We where meet by Errol the sales agents who looked after me and my brother very well.I had booked in a test drive in advance a few days before. He was very professional and very welcoming person who let me test drive the vehicle that I wanted to test drive on the day. I was just amazed with the overall service I received. I would highly recommend Lexus Woodford for your next Lexus test drive.

Been with Lexus many years and have bought several cars from here and maintain regularly with this dealer. Exceptionally busy compared with other Lexus dealer however they do best they can. I do feel improvement can be made to be more accommodating or being more flexible with courtesy cars and adhoc emergency appointments. Sales experience is good, branch manager really nice and works to provide a deal. The best ‘Lexus’ experience is provided by their receptionist Tracy. She is the best I have come across. Always welcoming, warm and friendly.

Rear passenger bolt was left screwed loosely and the Front driver side was missing it. The complacency is incredible. This all happened. After taking my car to get it MOT done in December. Shocking

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! In 2019 I decided to buy a second hand Lexus, directly from the main dealer. Unfortunately, the car which I found was at Lexus Woodford. When I bought my car, the sale assistant offered me additional insurance cover for my vehicle. He showed me the Lexus printed brochures explaining the coverage for each policy; I decided to buy alloy wheels and bodywork coverage. I was convinced that I should not worry about anything when I purchase something from the main dealer. However, since I decided to make claims for each insurance, Lexus didn't want to do anything. They referred to their third-party companies which do not want to do any repairs. After trying to sort out these issues with Lexus, they do not seem to be engaging in helping at all. I will never buy anything from this branch and would never recommend anybody to deal with them. P.S.1. - I contacted the Lexus over email after they replied to my negative feedback. I send them an email with an explanation of my issue using provided by Lexus email address. However, even after this, they did not reply to it. This shows how they care about their customers.

Cannot speak for other customer experiences of course, but I was extremely impressed with Lexus Woodford. Errol helped me with an enquiry on an RX450h that wasn’t for me in the end, but he was the friendliest and most helpful car person I have dealt with in recent memory. I hope their after sales care is equally good.
