The table looks great as a table and the customer service team were fine to deal with but have to say I'm very disappointed with the playing of the pool table. The cloth is far too slow, I wasn't given an option on ball return so was frustrating to see that it came without (when looking at website it shows as ball return available) and the table playing size isn't as expected. In fairness, when I pointed this out to the staff they directed me to a small table at the bottom of their website, however when ordering a 7ft table I would expect playing surface to be 6x3 and when paying over 5,500 I'd at the least expect this to be clarified before order. Nice guys, nice looking table but overall disappointing experience

Not open 7 days as advertised. Traveled from the US only to find store closed at 1pm on Sunday 14 Oct. 2019. Called store mobile only to be greeted with rude rebuff & accusation that I had not come from the US & store could not be opened despite man on the phone admitting he was only minutes away. Waste of time, gas & energy. Very disappointed since we have a full-size snooker table at home in New York State & it's impossible to get cues or accessories in the US. This store is a waste of time. We asked shopkeepers nearby who told us they are rarely open.

Excellent table, customer service and aftercare. I really didn't want an 'ugly' pool table in my lovely home but i have to admit that it looks great and is very high quality so it doesn't feel like a cheap pub table. Everyone plays it when they come round and comments on how good it is. I couldn't recommend Paul and his team highly enough.

The quality of the table was fantastic and the customer service throughout was excellent. Big thanks go to Alex as well, who had to put up with me altering the table spec on more than one occasion!
