I am so grateful to Rosanna of Baston Hall for her level of understanding and kind support to a change in circumstance which meant I was unable to go ahead with a booking I had made. Rosanna was initially incredibly helpful with answering all my questions, aiding me with the booking and sorting the perfect stay for us and when, sadly, we had to change the plan to do events out of our control she was kind, helpful and acted fast to ensure that the booking was cancelled, refunds were made and there were no hard feelings. I will definitely be booking a stay at Baston Hall in the future and know that we will be so well looked after by the hostess.

GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS. We were a group of 20, ages ranging from 20 to 60 for a relaxing, sophisticated hen party. We had booked after another venue which let us down last minute. By some brilliant luck we came across Barton Hall which was available. After such an awful experience elsewhere we were understandably nervous but Rosanna was absolutely fantastic, great communication, clear instructions, very patient with our many questions and generally couldn't have been more helpful. We fit a year of planning into just two weeks. Our bride-to-be was absolutely blown over by the beautiful property with such individual and luxurious rooms. We held a sports day on the lawn, made flower crowns and some of us even took a dip in the lake! We cooked together, drank bubbles in the courtyard and just laughed the whole weekend. Rosanna was on hand throughout if we needed any help, nothing was too much trouble. Such a dreamy weekend, if you're looking to book a sophisticated and relaxed weekend we couldn't recommend more.
Just retuned from a four day stay at Baston Hall to celebrate my wife’s birthday with the rest of our family. Wow! What a fantastic place and such a great setting. We literally did not leave the estate from the time we arrived.......why would you!? The main house and annex are decorated to the highest standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is just stunning and the beds were heaven! The grounds were beautiful and we had full use of the lake; tennis court; table tennis and fields. On one evening we hired in a private chef as recommended by Rosanna and Ian and again, this surpassed all expectations.....a truly amazing experience and top top food! We are already thinking about when we can next visit this gem of a place, up there with some of the best places we have stayed in around the world!
We just returned from a family holiday here and wow, what an amazing place, like something out of a dream. The house itself is really something special; the bedrooms and other spaces are all top notch. Outside the 'estate' is huge and you are free to roam with the sheep and ducks! There are tennis courts, a lake with rowing boat and paddle board, areas to just chill and read with a glass of vino and great places for an outside BBQ. If you want to escape to the pub (like me), there is a beautiful walk along the Worcester way to a lovely little local that sells great beer and food. Anyway back to the review! Rosanna and team are great hosts that are on hand for anything you could need, we also had a very special dinner one evening hosted by a chef and company who came and did everything for us even the washing up. So, if you want somewhere to retreat to with some good friends and/or family then you have found it! It would be amazing to come back here some day in the future.
Elizabethan luxury...... A truly stunning retreat allowing you to get away from it all. We where blown away with the hospitality of the owners and the number of activities on offer. Do not hesitate to book.
