Good friendly service, efficient and in time. I booked in for an MOT 40, reasonable price after looking around and availability was good. I was also able to leave the car with them the night before, so very flexible with their service. The young lady, Charlie, I dealt with was very helpful. Overall a good service.

Recently purchased a used car through distanced purchase using a car selling site carwow which recommended various dealers I live in Scotland & as a single female initially had reservations as I had never purchased this way before however Ben Darnbrough was extremely helpful sending videos of the car I was interested in and providing information .He was not pushy, phoning constantly etc & aware I was exploring other cars for best value. Purchased car from this seller as it was best value & service & I would definitely recommend. Car delivered to my door with Covid regulations adhered to & my car collected with best market price which was hugely important in comparison to others dealers who were offering considerably less. Took my vehicle in for recall. Had enough fuel in to last me until the next day. Pick it up its nearly on zero and fuel light flashing. They deny driving it anywhere, so beware fuel disapears into thin air from your tank here! Not first time ive had issues at this branch! Avoid!

After going to several other dealerships and initially looking to buy elsewhere: after poor attitude/utter snobbery from another dealership, i walked out and contacted Baylis through an online advertisement via Network Q - Jacob returned the call swiftly and had a positive attitude. Jacob actually provided information initially against a model variant i was interested in due to the size of engine for the use of the vehicle (Whilst other dealerships tried sell me anything); as well as also providing a swift valuation and even contacting the finance company with my permission and advising on amount remaining in relation to that. Within an hour of the initial call, he had ascertained lots of information as aside to sloppy service from other dealerships. Jacob actually asked me what i wanted in specs as opposed to selling the first thing spotted. After going through everything, Jacob sourced a vehicle from another Baylis branch and got it brought up to Worcester. Upon seeing the vehicle it was good spec and in good condition. Jacob arranged fitting of a camera / towbar, and gave me a good and fair value for my current vehicle. Upon collection of the vehicle, tax was sorted and overall a great deal was made after some negotiation.
