Clarity Solutions are always extremely responsive and professional. Our local engineer is great - personable and clean and tidy, always fixing any problems we have. Our first visit since Covid was very reassuring with very tight protocols followed.
Clarity have been helpful throughout from quotation stage through to having the copier in the office. At quotation stage they offered multiple options to suit our budget and spec needs. Installation couldn't have been easier, and the management of replacement inks etc is seamless. Whenever we have had issues we have been able to get in touch and get assistance as soon as possible - whether that be over the phone, by being sent helpful video links, or coming out in person.
