So, so disappointed. Ordered the Gtech AirRam Mk2 K9 and the Gtech multi Mk 2 hand held for Christmas. The upright is very noisy, the head is too big to get down the side of furniture and does not clean to the edges or stairs, so you have to vacuum twice, once using hand held for the edges and tight places (plus walls/lights etc) and once with the upright (I have ME and limited energy so this is a big problem to me) Myself and my husband have asthma and allergies and they have been much worse since using this product. So I wouldn't recommend for allergy sufferers. The hand held stopped working after about 6 weeks, I was sent a new battery but it still doesn't work. I am being sent a replacement but no idea when as out of stock. The battery on the upright shows as up to 4 lights, it often goes from 3 lights to 1 to dead in a minute! It's also super loud, my children can't hear their zoom call school lessons in their bedrooms if i use it downstairs! I wanted to love this product so much, on paper and in the adverts it does just what I need, but so disappointed. If i wasn't out of my 30 days I would be asking for a refund and returning. #101586077 Still waiting!.....

Bought an ATF 001 Handheld for 150 and the nozzle which pulls out has cracked due to a poor design flaw. The Mk 2 version fixed the issue by adding a reinforcement ring at the weak point so GTech know of the problem but want to charge 50 to repair my Mk 1 version which was within the 2 year warranty. No thanks and I will never buy another GTech product again! GTech even tried to get Trustpilot to take my review down as they say I don't own the product!!! Oh Dear, that action itself speaks volumes..... AVOID!!!!

Well what a refreshing change. I cannot praise customer services enough.After one phone call I had my replacement part ordered and sent it arrived the next day. Fantastic staff. Thank you all.

Best customer service ever. Phoned them yesterday enquiring about a replacement part. \sorry sir that shouldn't have broken\ was their response. They sent a replacement base unit out the same day, which arrived the following day. Simply superb.

Got the Gtech K9 led to believe it would be fantastic especially as I have a hairy border collie just like the one on the advert. I was wrong, it’s a fiddly high maintenance load of rubbish that definitely can not cope with dog hair. It has to be cleaned after every use or it just doesn’t work. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL AWFUL PRODUCT.
