From the moment I walked out of the other electrical outlet at Blackpole because I was suffering from invisibility and walked into Hughes I was impressed. We were greeted with 'good morning' and were informed that they were available with any help and information that we might require. I was buying a new oven and when I asked for advice I felt that nothing was too much trouble. Deal done, couldn't have been more impressed. Saturday morning arrived and so did my beautiful new oven, the two gentlemen that delivered it were very helpful and friendly. Thank you
I cannot even express how fantastic all of the staff were there in my emergency for the rescue when my existing air con unit burnt out last night. They pulled out all the stops tonight in only 4 hours left of store opening hours tonight to make sure the animals would be cool in the 34C heat we've had. OUTSTANDING and VERY gratefull !!! I've never had such great service from an electrical goods supplier, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team who were more than happy to assist rather than just sell me a product I wouldn't understand. The home visit was incredibly useful, Aran sorted out the issues we were having & provided the equipment we needed (even driving back to Worcester for one more part!). Went here after being VERY unhappy with curry's pc World. Well, a world of difference in service! The lad called Kiefer Vaughan, well he's a credit to the company! Approached us, had a laugh and put us under no pressure to buy, but also seemed like he had all the time in the world for us. even though they were just about to closed. Effortless transaction, got exactly what I wanted with a good laugh and excellent service!

Apollo always great ,we have just had a very large fridge/freezer delivered,three very awkward doors to negotiate,one we had to take the door off,the delivery men were fantastic,so helpful , careful and patient,even thanked us for removing the door to make it easier.Thank you so much,would highly recommend
