Had the pleasure of being assisted by Gareth the shop manager today 15/09/2020 having sought advice about repair of a water damaged Panasonic Lumix camera. He showed me a second hand replacement camera which although older and not such a compact size could be used as a digital camera body and with a 30 adapter could take my old but very good olympus lenses. Not only helpful with advice but after speaking to my insurance company will prepare the letter headed information they have requested to submit a claim. Very well done, a pleasure to do business with you.

The service and efficiency you receive from LEC Worcester is second to none in particular Gareth the Manager advised me of my options and quickly set to work in processing my order with 100% accuracy and with no fuss whats so ever. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, no pushy sales, just the facts. This is a great quality that ordinary folk want these days but regrettably don't always find.
Visited the store to get some advice on purchasing a compact camera. Found the guys all very helpful and knowledgeable and spent time answering all the questions that I had. Made my choice and price was competitive. Very pleased with my purchase.

Not very impressed, we bought a used Pentax for our son's 21st birthday and all went well until we went to load a film on his birthday, the shutter and winder wouldn't work. A quick Google suggested this would be a battery issue so we got some new ones but still no joy. We took it back to the shop the day after (50 mile round trip) and after leaving it with them for an hour, they said it was a power issue and would need to be sent away. The condition of the camera was described as excellent on their website but we can only imagine that the loading of a film was not tested, pretty fundamental I'd have thought. We opted for a replacement but there was no apology forthcoming and we were even asked to pay for the different batteries which were required for the replacement. We won't be back...
