Great range of goods but prices over phone then not as per invoice no way to confirm as a conversation on phone ,no order confirmation sent me. Had a customer carpet delay of original 2 weeks then on day of delivery I had to phone and find out still delayed.One month later and 3 possible more delivery dates get my carpet very very very poor and no one bothered or any complaints process in place.

I ordered 3 rolls of artificial grass one to be delivered last month and the other 2 the following month. Gave them a call and they spoke to me like they have no idea i even placed the orders. Customer service was no good. I have customer's waiting on their grass from last month when it was promised to be delivered to me within a certain amount of time. Now they're just delaying and delaying the process. I have been a loyal customer to MCD for the past 10 years and i expected better from them as i have ordered thousands of rolls off them also.
