The biggest mistake of my life, never ever again. Just want to get out and go to an other provider. Npower have no customer values, they don't know what they are doing half of the time.

if i could leave a review of zero i would put zero . i advise all the peoples to never use this company. this company is the worst company ever exist in supplying the gas. they put a gas meter in my place without my permission and they start sending the invoices to pay them. and by force you have to pay them whatever they say without agreeing any contract. is is not fair but they do whatever they want
If it's gas and electric you want they've got it by the bucket. (Not on site this site though, that would be dangerous.)
Worse people and customers service. They always try to rip off. And try to charge you twice for same bill.
I want to give you 0 stars, really terrible customer service. Being forced to wait almost a whole month for an engineer to sort out our gas issue because of your mistake. All we want is to change from key to direct debit, waited all morning for your engineers to turn up then got a message saying they arn't coming because of a tech issue, now we have to wait another 2 weeks. Totally frustrating, can't wait to get rid of your service.
