Lloyd provides a fantastic all round service. He is polite and friendly. I used his cherry picker to access the top of a chimney. So much safer than ladders! He arrived on time and charged as quoted. Will be using his services again. Highly recommended.

Good workmanship, this service is the safest way anyone can access our guttering without scaffolding. Prompt and polite, Lloyd also gave a detailed description of the state of the roof/gutters which was very helpful.
I manage a city centre pub which happens to be a listed building. Access is limited and the guttering looked like it hadn’t been done for years. I spoke to reach on a Sunday, not always an ideal day, and they were nothing but helpful. The guttering was sorted on the Tuesday and I can’t speak highly enough of the job they did. Highly recommend.
An excellent service from Lloyd who turned up at very little notice to unblock our guttering and drain pipe. A very professional and efficient service and a company which I'd highly recommend. Great value too!
No show, disregard for other people’s time. Waited for over an hour and when Reach finally arrived with unbelievable excuses the cherry picker would not work and looked badly maintained. Total waste of my day and the job is still not done. My advice, find someone else!
