I am really sorry to say this... for all people they are trying to make a great team for all professionals and traders... but I will look for any another place to make my stock... and all this... because the people are employed in the shop...( Worcester) , very rude and negative in attitude and try to avoid to honour the vouchers... which have been done from their own company/shop Kally Croft is one of the ladies who attended and another one which she didn’t have any uniform.. name in her ... and she didn’t want to say her name ... but yes ... they have been question if I am untitled for my voucher...! I need to say that I buy in Sally for years.. I do have my card trader and I give them my code number Voucher!!! I think it’s to much responsibility to give to this young lady’s ... to play with the customers time and obviously... with the name of this franchise... Thank you

The girls here are fantastic & Kelly goes above and beyond to help. The service is second to none always with a smile. I’m not entirely sure what the woman talking about the ‘voucher’ is on about considering I was also in the store at the same time and her language was atrocious, her attitude towards the girls was disgusting. (Taking pictures of staff members without consent too!) Nobody should encounter that sort of behaviour whilst simply just trying to do their job.

Every time I visit this shop the staff are so rude they always question me about if the salon is mine like I'm lying or something they obviously think black people are not allowed to own shops. The attitude towards me stinks and I can only put it down to them not being used to someone of colour using their services, as its every time I visit the store they have an attitude problem with me but other customers they seem to be fine with. Will definitely not be returning back would rather go to Aston and Finchers where they value the customers and have very professional lovely staff. Would give it zero if I could to me I feel like they are a tad racist and don't hide it but that's my opinion.
