I wanted to surprise my Nephew with a funny t-shirt. I knew about the t-shirt printing shop in Worcester UK so I gave them a call I spoke to Noel the owner of Urban Prints T-Shirt Printing and he asked me to send an email giving him all the details of what I wanted. Noel then sent me an email quoting the price which was really inexpensive. After another call to Noel making sure he had all my details I waited for the t-shirt to arrive which it did the next day! And wow! The t-shirt is amazing exactly what I wanted. And such a fantastic quality t-shirt! Would I recommend Urban Prints T-Shirt Printing 100% I would. So nice to deal with a trustworthy polite shop owner. I am so happy with my t-shirt.

I have used these on a number of occasions and despite their protestations to the contrary, I am a proper pain in the backside customer. I normally need a fairly detailed design doing. I often need then to obtain a font face which they don't already have. I usually give them about an hour to turn it all round. So their hearts must sink when they see me about to cross their threshold. Yet, they have never let me down. Even staying late on Christmas Eve one year to get my design completed. That is what I call exceptional customer service.

T shirt fine, but service very poor. Had to wait over half an hour for the shop to open - had pre-ordered and paid, and told they opened at 10.00. Could have got cheaper on line, but tried to support a local business. Very casual approach.
