Fantastic Lister dealership; a great example of a very well organised Listers group. Ordered an new A1 from Worcester Audi back in Oct 2020 and took deliver of it in late Jan 2021. Excellent service and communication from the guys in the sales team from order to delivery. Kept in touch all the way and took delivery during lockdown. All the paperwork was completed online and the delivery was handled very professionally by Jack who gave my daughter all the time and attention she needed to set up the car and the app before driving off.

Purchase of my approved used A5 went well with Chris Sanders, HOWEVER, their customer service after purchase is terrible! A few outstanding work was required under the warranty as a few issues were found on the vehicle (including loose breaks!) this took me 3 days of back to back journeys in an alternative car (from Birmingham) to sort out as they alleged couldn't find any issue the duration they inspected the car, I had to drive all they way back to demonstrate it, and they accepted there was issues within 5 mins of me returning! This was eventually fixed but outstanding work still remains (3 weeks on..) on what I was told a part ordered would arrive within 7 days! Now they clearly avoid my calls! Chris (from service), has not responded to my 6th call, and messages left, and Kayley, down right ignored my request to email confirmation email of what i had discussed via telephone with her. They are really dragging their feet to replace my sat nav, and faulty data plug, and Kayley also had the nerve to tell me she 'didn't believe' I'd been given a 7 day estimate for job completion and has now told me, there is no E.T.A so they can take however long they want! In short.. after care, warranty work isn't responded to, really poor communication after they've got your money, so when they have to cover the outstanding work costs, they don't bother with the car or customer! All reccomendations to Worcester revoked purely down to the poor after service I've recieved from Kayley and Chris (service). Taz Have since been intouch with Ed, who has offered me reassurance on the work being carried out timely.
