What can I say? Awesome customer service! I found Worcester Web Studio Ltd while searching online for help with my menus. I stumbled across a plug-in they provided at no cost. Having found that it wasn't working with my theme, I contacted them and Ray responded quickly. He and his team worked on several iterations to make the plug-in work for my theme, but, alas, the theme was not co-operative. Why the 5-star rating? What company do you know of that would work so hard with such great customer service for a free plug-in? I was so impressed! I dared ask Ray another question, and he gave me an answer. Although the small business store that I work with doesn't have the margin, due to COVID restrictions, to employ Ray's team, Ray gave me a suggestion on what I can use! Awesome once again!
