We went to Workington curry's as we where in need of a new built in fridge freezer as soon as possible and what a wonderful experience we had. We where served by Matthew operator (6) on our receipt who was extremely helpful very polite to us and was very friendly. Thank you so much Matthew for all your help you are a real asset to curry's. we would not hesitate in any way to buy from this store again 10/10 perfect professional all round service. Been a customer there for 10 years plus. Will not be back. Some of the staff a great. One guy, bald headed and thin, decided he would call me out on a poor review I left on the curry's feedback system, in front of other staff and customers. Terrible people skills. If he's management he needs retrained. Disgusting. Closed down and paid off my your plan account the next day. You have lost yet another customer. No wonder the place has a bad name in the town.

if I could give 0 starts I would. placed a order online, took screen shot of confirmation, money has been taken from my bank and i didn't recive a email about my order, so used the website help chat, who ever i chatted with was not helpful, didnt resolve my problem and left the chat rudely. Appalled at the customer service!

Nothing ever in stock, false description on website ie fast free delivery - next day delivery 20 extra - first free delivery date in 12 days time - neither fast or free! Staff whilst keen didn't appear to have much idea
