I recently purchased a selection of artificial flowers to create a centerpiece for my dining table, taking inspiration from one of the arrangements on the Decoflora website, since I am not at all creative! Absolutely amazing service! THE most stunning arrangement of artificial flowers I have seen - so realistic that I had to order a second bunch to keep for myself! Brilliant communication from the Team - so helpful and go out of their way to make sure my sister received her flowers in time for her birthday at an incredibly difficult time for the whole country. I needed some artificial flowers sending quickly in time for a funeral. I spoke to a lady called Kirsty and she said she would personally ensure they would be received before the funeral date. It took just 2 days for the flowers to arrive. Excellent cistomer service and quick delivery. Would highly recommend this business. Very happy with product too
