Very dismissive owner, she did not let me get my words out before I could explain it was in regards to a 50k staircase. If I am to part with 50grand of my hard earned money on marble then I should expect her to have the patience to answer my questions. Hung the phone half way through my question like I do not have two pounds to rub together. I will buy from else where, and BTW we are having marble through out the building. Real marble flooring not just the staircase. Your arrogance has not done you any favours today.

Fantastic service from start to fitting and aftercare. After initially being let down by another well known supplier/fitter we got recommended Blyth Marble and wish we found them sooner. We got to go to the factory and see how the worktops were cut and polished and got to choose our own slab, look at all the various options there and then. Then out came the fitting team to do a full set of templates and within two weeks our worktops were fitted, sinks fitted, all sealed including the worktop surface and ready to use. The fitting team were tidy, polite, on time and very friendly. I would highly recommend Blyth Marble to anyone looking for Marble, Granite or Quartz having seen everything first hand. Thanks again!

Good choice but a stroppy staff member refusing to sell me some marble even though another member said we can have it. I just don’t understand why they would turn down a sale for no reason and lose out on money like that?
