The facilities at the home are great, the rooms and public areas are comfortable, user friendly and everywhere is lovely and clean. My ex is on his second stay at Greenacres and is being well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful and very accommodating to residents and visitors. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and calm and the management are well organised and approachable. Would recommend.

I was applaud at the care what was given to a friends family member they had a temporary manager who could not organise a piss up in a brewery they had a nurse who was giving out meds more often then she should the staffing levels are appealing always using agency staff cause there own horizon staff would hand there notice in after a few weeks as they was not treated accordingly, agency staff who would come on a night shift and sleep half of the night, leaving one member of staff to Float between 2 units leaving fire doors open only having 2/3 members of staff on a night shift yet in a day they would have 8/9. I would not recommend this home to anyone as there family member would not be looked after accordingly

Oh yes absolutely beautiful place stunning state of the art .Fantastic staff very very person centre .Management and directors are very very good very involved very supportive .what can I say absolutely amazing place 10/10 .
