Some staff are nice others are vile, same as the Dr's. Waited 3 weeks for a telephone appointment. Dr never rang, rang surgery they claimed Dr tried to ring, been with phone all day and no calls or missed calls. Was informed I need to rebook, another three weeks wait then.

Please do not even bother. It took them 17 years to realise that I’m still asthmatic from when I was a baby. Now it’s worse and even though I’m running out of inhalers, they’ve refused to send me more and made it impossible to request more through a service they recommended. The receptionists are rude and there’s only 1 good doctor that doesn’t laugh in your face: Dr. Andrew King.

Today accompanied a shielding patient for his injection. He had told me his appointment was 15.45. I normally check all his appointments to make sure but somehow this slipped the net. We turned up at 15.45 and rang and rang and rang to let the nurse Janet Edwards know he was here as he was to be seen in his car. After around 10 minutes of faffing around and waiting to see any body or speak to any body I managed to catch the attention of Lesley Cropley who kindly passed on a message to Janet. I have known Janet a lot of years (we trained as nurses together) and she duly came out with syringe in hand and administered his injection. She then informed me his appointment was 15-30 and she had waited on the car park for him for 15 mins or more. I was slightly angered at this gentleman (he requires a babysitter) but Janet was absolutely wonderful and very professional despite having to do this in the car park. What would we do without the NHS, Thankyou to Janet Edwards.
